SO AMAZING!!! Such a complicated topic with varying approaches and definitions, explained and approached with explanations that were easy to understand, with hopeful, clear, and effective tools/strategies for implementation that leads to healing!

The presenter was very knowledgeable about the topic and was very interactive with the trainees. She presented the information in a way that was easy to understand and provided some solid tools for us to take with us into our practice.

Dr. McDonald's passion and knowledge kept me waiting for more. There was a balance science/facts coupled with the realities of life and validating there are often no clear cut answers to the response in trauma. The arrows of exercises in her quiver are creative and insightful, earmarking the heart of each individual on their own journey towards regaining inner joy.

Breaking down neuroscience in an easily digestible way. Empowering us that we can make a difference, no matter what our degree/field. Hands-on practical tools for ourselves and clients we serve.
THANK YOU!
